flex_maldi_dda_automation is a collection of tools to assist mass spectrometrists with the automated acquisition of
MALDI-qTOF and MALDI-TIMS-qTOF dried droplet mass spectrometry data from the Bruker timsTOF fleX. Currently, three
tools have been made available: :doc:`fleX MS1 AutoXecute Generator <ms1_autox_generator>`,
:doc:`fleX MS/MS AutoXecute Generator <msms_autox_generator>`, and :doc:`MALDI Polymerization <maldi_polymerization>`.
