flex_maldi_dda_automation is a collection of tools to assist mass spectrometrists with the automated acquisition of MALDI-qTOF and MALDI-TIMS-qTOF dried droplet mass spectrometry data from the Bruker timsTOF fleX. Currently, three tools have been made available: fleX MS1 AutoXecute Generator, fleX MS/MS AutoXecute Generator, and MALDI Polymerization.
